Are you ready to solve the Burger Crime only at BURGER BUREAU
Watch out our channels:
Recently I have reviewed another Burger spot in town, BURGER BUREAU! I love the venue and the ambiance, located at the prime hub of the City in AL-WAHDA Mall extension, on the 2nd floor, you will reach there in no time if you go from the entrance adjacent to main city bus terminal.
I loved the Photo collage wall, yes it has all those happy faces enjoying their meal at Burger bureau, it will take you some time finding yours incase you have visited earlier,
but you will surely see it there and its ever expanding wall captures all that enthralling fun and great time you will have there, so carry that great smile always, you might encounter a staff coming at the end of meal and asking you to say cheese to the camera if you wish to do so 🙂
My kids simple loved their meal and left the place smiling holding balloons.
The Burger Investigation 😉
PRIME SUSPECT 😉 B
Quality beef is where it starts with a cheeseburger. In the case of BB, the beef was highly sourced from Premium Angus Beef. While the blend was proprietary, it tasted and felt like a blend of Brisket, Sirloin, and a bit of Chuck. The beef was richly beefy with a strong presence of flatten and complex steak flavors.
The MEGA-ounce patty was perfectly juicy. It delivered a savory rush of wet awesomeness with each bite believe me. The texture of the each burger was lush and dense while presenting just the right amount of chewy resistance. The grind was Medium-Fine, which contributed to the luxuriousness of the bite.
The quality of the beef was simply exemplary and as good as any of the best burgers that I have sampled.
Cheeses was gooey and provide this creaminess to each bite, Salt and pepper were applied liberally, and in perfect proportion, to the exterior of the thick, home-made style burger patty.
The beef was very juicy, so flavorful and well-seasoned and this resulted in a crisp sear.
PARTNER IN CRIME – A Well Sorted Bun:
The bun was a show stopper, The Meat To Bun Ratio was simply flawless. It was moderately yeasty and just a little savory. The bun was otherwise relatively invisible, and it got out of the way to let the spectacular beef be the star of the show. The bun was nicely done and it lent a bit of crispness to the edge bites.
One must try their “Most Wanted” Burgers, i-e 007, The Chopper and The Steak Out.
The price is justified for the portion they will offer. Its one of the most giant burger I had so far and trust me I am talking about the regular one, wait till you know their burger challenge yes it’s held at the venue very often and you can take part in the same and its quite fun actually.
I don’t plan on returning to commit burger crime this week though, but I am glad to know that there is a notable Burger crime bureau waiting for me when I show up.
